Chairman's Career Sharing
Welcome to Tragot!
In 1988, at the dawn of China's reform and opening up, I had just set aside my schoolbag, full of dreams, and came to Shenzhen, this land of opportunity. I was fortunate to meet my first mentor, Mr. He from Hong Kong, which led me to embark on a career in the plastic packaging industry. In 1990, together with the Hong Kong High hairspray cover PVC Co., Ltd., we established the Gaotai Packaging Factory in Jieyang, Guangdong Province. After years of continuous development and growth, we have achieved today's Tragot.
Having been in this industry for over thirty years, my work has been challenging, but despite several financial crises, the company has continued to develop smoothly. I have maintained good and harmonious relationships with all our collaborators, and my family life is also blessed. I have always enjoyed the beauty of life and work! As I stand facing the wind, reminiscing about the past, I am filled with surging emotions... Apart from being thankful to heaven and all our business partners, what I really want to share with you are the three phrases that have guided the first half of my life.

The plastic industry is a demanding and pragmatic "hardship business" that requires honesty, dedication, attention to detail, and swift action to ensure excellent product quality and service. Entrusted by others, we should be loyal to our duties, adhering to the philosophy of "building strong fortresses and fighting decisive battles" and fully commit to our work.
Work may be tiring, and collaborators may differ in character, leading to inevitable frustrations. Beyond creating a peaceful, clean, and comfortable work environment, I advocate for everyone to maintain a happy, sunny, and enterprising attitude, to handle all issues as if they are light as a feather.
